Description:We are seeking an inpatient hospitalist to provide coverage.The role includes managing all admissions and rounds for admitted hospital patients.Responsibilities will encompass medical surgical care as well as ICU patient management.You may also be required to consult for obstetrical cases.The position entailed admitting patients from the emergency room and covering patients under the hospitalist service.Shifts will consist of both day and night coverage as part of an ongoing schedule.Support staff will be available, including an FNP provider during weekdays.The electronic medical record system utilized will be Meditech.
