- Experience in inpatient pediatric care and newborn coverage preferred.

Our client in ND is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist Physician for a 90-day assignment beginning Oct 22, 2024. This role involves 24-hour shifts, with hand-offs typically occurring at 4am or 4pm. The selected candidate will provide comprehensive coverage for newborn births, pediatric admissions, and manage the care of all admitted hospital patients.
- Provide coverage for all newborn births
- Manage pediatric admissions
- Conduct rounds and deliver care for admitted hospital patients
- Required Board Certifications: Pediatric Emergency Medicine
- Other Required Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- EMR: Meditech EHR
- Setting: Inpatient
- Call: Out of House Call
- Patients Per Day: Average 2-4 neonates and 1-2 inpatient pediatric patients, with volume increasing during RSV and cold season
- LOA: 90 Days
