Qualifications

• Physician must be board eligible and licensed.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• DEA registration/authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Cover admissions and rounds for admitted inpatients.
• Provide hospitalist care during 7a-7p and 7p-7a shifts.
• Collaborate with FNP coverage 8am-5pm.

Hospitalist Physician

This facility is seeking a Hospitalist Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

Schedule: 7a-7p + 7p-7a night call

Total census per provider per shift: total varies dependent on need

Procedures required: Coverage of all admissions and rounds/care for admitted hospital patients

Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Meditech

Support:Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) provider Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Certifications and license required: Board Eligible, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Drug Enforcement Administration
