Providence PACE seeks a full-time physician to join our Portland, Oregon team. This role emphasizes geriatrics and palliative care within a team-based, interdisciplinary program offering in-clinic and community-based visits.

Qualifications

• Full-time position (1.0 FTE).
• Care delivered in diverse settings, primarily community-based but also outpatient clinics.
• 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience with geriatrics preferred.
• Training/experience in palliative care and/or hospice valuable.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurse practitioners, care managers, social workers, pharmacists, and therapists.
