Must have MD or DO and be eligible for a state medical license; residency in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine, plus Geriatrics fellowship; board certified/eligible in Geriatrics. 40 hours/week, exempt status, competitive compensation.
WVUHS Medical Group seeks a Geriatric Medicine Physician. The successful candidate will practice in Oakland, MD and Keyser, WV.
Duties: The successful candidate will practice in the area of Geriatrics providing both outpatient services and inpatient consults at two of our community hospitals, Garrett Regional Medical Center in Oakland, MD and Potomac Valley Hospital in Keyser, WV.
Qualifications: Candidate must have an MD or DO degree or foreign equivalent and be eligible for state medical license. Successful candidate must have completed an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program, as well as Geriatrics fellowship program. Successful candidates must be board certified / eligible in Geriatrics. All qualifications must be met by the time of appointment.
