• Maintain timely, accurate documentation to support clinical care, compliance and reimbursement requirements

Minimum Requirements

• MD or DO with prescriptive authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology
• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration
• Advanced Life Support preferred; American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted

Education

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required
