Job summary

Ascension St. John Tulsa is seeking a physician to join an employed ENT program. The role offers a strong referral base, flexible call structure, and a mix of outpatient and inpatient practice.

Compensation includes a two-year productivity guarantee transitioning to RVU-based pay, up to $100,000 commencement bonus, CME allowance, and employer-paid malpractice with tail coverage. Relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• MD/DO with prescriptive authority credentialed before hire date.
• Board certification or eligibility required.
• Advanced Life Support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead patient care within ENT surgical and clinical services.
• Perform clinical evaluations, diagnostics, and procedures as appropriate.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes.
• Participate in a structured call schedule and inpatient/outpatient mix.
• Engage in program development and quality improvement initiatives.

• Call structure: Flexible. We prioritize work-life balance through a highly structured call schedule. Our providers typically participate in a manageable rotation of a week of call.
• Practice setting: Mixed (outpatient and inpatient)
• Key Procedures in Clinic: Eustachian Tube Dilation, Biopsy, Skin Lesion Removals, Ear Cubes, Scopes and Ultrasounds

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO with Prescriptive Authority credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
• Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
