Position Details

Family Medicine

Granger Medical is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our existing Family Medicine group at our multi-specialty medical clinic in Riverton, Utah.

Responsibilities

• Provide Family Medicine-specific patient care, including evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, and procedures.
• Implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Manage patient charts within the EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
• Participate in call coverage as scheduled with the group.

Minimum Requirements
