Granger Medical is actively seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our existing Family Medicine group at our multi-specialty medical clinic in Riverton, Utah.

Responsibilities include:

1. Providing Family Medicine-specific patient care, including evaluation and management, follow-up, medication management, procedures, and treatment planning.
2. Managing patient charts within the EMR system (eClinicalWorks).
3. Participating in call coverage as shared with the group.
