Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical operations, patient flow, perioperative services, or equivalent.
• Experience with length of stay, utilization and capacity management.
• Fluency with throughput metric definitions and failure modes.
• Ability to convert workflows into structured data, rules, and logic.
• Deliver high-quality analyses under demanding deadlines.
• Communicate across clinical, financial, operations, product and engineering teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn at the intersection of clinical ops and AI.

Responsibilities

• Develop SME in clinical operations to support AI product development and customer margin realization.
