Translucent AI is hiring a domain expert to integrate pharmacy economics into AI-driven products for healthcare supply chains. You will shape contract pricing, tier compliance, and 340B integrity within our agents, partnering with engineering and customer delivery.

You will leverage 7+ years in hospital pharmacy operations and strong ERP/tool experience to drive data-driven decisions and model performance in a fast-growing startup environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hospital pharmacy operations, supply chain, or value analysis.
• Experience with contract pricing, purchasing compliance, and spend management is preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP and materials systems and item master hygiene.
• Ability to translate workflows into data, rules, and logic for algorithms.
• Strong analytic output under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication with clinicians, supply chain, product, and engineering teams.
• Curiosity and willingness to work in a high-growth startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop subject matter expertise in pharmacy economics and healthcare supply chain for AI product development.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and design to build AI systems for pharmacy and supply chain workflows.
• Create benchmarks and datasets to evaluate models against real-world tasks like pricing audit and 340B integrity review.
• Partner with customer delivery to map customer purchase and value analysis processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
