• Develops training materials for contracting processes across hospital units.
• Ensures documentation supports fair market value and business necessity.
• Maintains confidentiality of all contract and compensation data.
• Reports contract metrics to senior management as requested.
• Serves as a liaison for departments involved in physician contracting.
