Estimated Pay Range:
$26.82 - $40.22 / hour, based on location, education, & experience.

Position: Fully remote Physician Coding Surgical Pediatric Senior Coder coding Surgical procedures for Pediatric team. Focus on multi-specialties including Surgical. Production expectations depend on the coding task, with a minimum of 9 encounters per hour.

Location: Remote (states listed in the description)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, flexible hours between 7am – 7pm, 5 days a week.

Qualifications: 3-5 years Surgical coding experience, certification through AHIMA or AAPC, and 5+ years of coding experience.

Responsibilities include analyzing medical records, accurately coding diagnoses and procedures, ensuring compliance with coding guidelines, mentoring staff, and managing work independently.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, certification (CPC, CCS, CCS-P, RHIA, RHIT), five or more years of complex coding experience, and ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

Preferred Qualifications: Radiology Certified Coder (RCC), specialty coding certifications.
