This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT and will remain open until December 8, 2025. The initial cut-off date for referral of eligible applicants will be May 18, 2025, with subsequent cut-off dates every two weeks. Eligible applications received after that date will be referred at regular intervals or as additional vacancies occur until the position is filled.

The Southern Arizona VA Health Care System seeks a Physician to serve as the Clinical Director of the Cardiology Division. Responsibilities include clinical leadership, teaching, mentoring, supporting research, and participating in outpatient and inpatient services. The division performs advanced procedures including Watchman implants, TAVR, and TEER, and is affiliated with the University of Arizona. Candidates must be eligible for a faculty appointment, maintain certifications, and comply with VA regulations. Administrative experience and VA Merit Review awards are preferred.
