Responsibilities

• Retrieve incomplete physician charts for completion.
• Update charts after physician completion and dictation.
• Scan reports for incomplete charts in deficiency system.
• Document number of delinquent charts and follow-up as needed.
• Forward reminder letters to physicians about status and potential suspension.
• Remove physicians from deficiency system after completion.
• Retrieve and file medical records, answer telephone requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
