Duties: VA offers a comprehensive total rewards package. VHA Physician Total Rewards.
Pay: Competitive salary, annual performance bonus, regular salary increases.
Paid Time Off: 50-55 days of paid time off per year (26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, 11 paid Federal holidays, and possible 5 days for CME).

Licensure: 1 full and unrestricted license from any US State or territory.

Contract: No Physician Employment Contract; minimal restrictions on moonlighting. The incumbent will work as a Cardiologist in all aspects of patient care, including surgery, inpatient/outpatient care, and call rotation. Responsible for inpatient and outpatient consults from Primary Care and other specialties. Accountable to the Chief of Cardiology.

Requirements include U.S. citizenship, licensure, residency training, English proficiency, background/security checks, and passing pre-employment physicals and immunizations.
Qualifications: Must meet basic requirements, including degree, licensure, residency, and board eligibility. Preferred experience as a Cardiologist.
Education: MD or equivalent from an accredited institution. Foreign graduates must verify ECFMG certification.
