We are expanding our coverage for remote outpatient heart failure management into NC and MI in 2025 and hiring for Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists!

Our fully virtual cardiology platform is seeking NC and / or MI license Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists to provide specialized care for outpatient heart failure management; Availability is self-scheduled and typically ranges from 8-10 hours / week.

Responsibilities :

• New and follow-up cardiology consults by video;

• Medication management - Guideline Directed Medication Therapy for heart failure patients
• Communicate with registered nurses appropriately for patient care

Requirements :

• Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology, Advanced Heart Failure training preferred
• NC and / or MI medical license
