Overview

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a highly respected urology practice working closely with a physician who is an expert in kidney stones, urologic cancers, and men’s health.

This is a collaborative and patient focused role ideal for a provider who values empathy, teamwork, and high-quality care.

The Role

• Monday to Friday schedule
• Manage patients across kidney stone disease, urologic oncology, and men’s health
• Partner closely with physicians and the broader care team to deliver excellent outcomes
• Focus on patient education, satisfaction, and continuity of care

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary plus performance bonus
• 401K
• 19 PTO days per year
• Additional 4 hours of PTO for each weekend on call
• 7 paid holidays (New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas)
• $2,500 CME allowance available after six months
• 3 PTO days for CME courses
• 200 per year for professional membership dues
• Professional license renewal and exam recertification fees covered
