Job summary

Elios Healthcare is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (PA or NP) to join our urology team in the outpatient clinic with a normal daytime schedule. The APP will collaborate with a board-certified urologist and participate in kidney stones, BPH, LUTS, and minimally invasive/urologic cancer care.

Rounding in the hospital occurs weekly for a few hours. New graduates with a passion for urology will be considered; acute care certified NPs are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of PA experience in uro/related field.
• Acute care certified NP possible, must round.
• New grads welcome if passionate about urology.

• Rounding in the hospital setting once a week for a few hours.

Job description

Ideal Candidate:

• Will look at a PA with 2+ years of experience.
• Will consider a Nurse Practitioner but you must be acute care certified in order to round.
• New graduates will be considered but must have a passion for urology.

Setting:

• Outpatient Clinic with normal daytime schedule
• Rounding in the hospital setting will be done once a week for a few hours.

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• 8:00a-4p
• No holidays

About The Physician:

• The APP will work alongside a board-certified urologist with extensive training in general urology and minimally invasive surgical care.
• Their clinical expertise includes kidney stones, benign prostatic hyperplasia, lower urinary tract symptoms, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery for urologic cancers.
• They are also actively involved in professional organizations and academic medicine, with multiple publications to their credit. Their approach to patient care emphasizes compassion, education, and shared decision-making.

Credentialing Time:

• 4+ weeks but can start beforehand
