Signature Healthcare in Brockton, MA is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our outpatient Urology team, delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinic setting.

You will work with urologists to evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient patients, perform histories and exams, order tests, develop treatment plans, and provide patient education and counseling. Optional hospital call opportunities offer additional compensation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Massachusetts PA license (or eligibility).
• NCCPA certification required.
• DEA registration (or eligibility).
• Previous Urology experience strongly preferred; surgical or specialty outpatient backgrounds welcomed.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills in patient care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage outpatient urologic conditions.
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostics.
• Perform office-based urologic procedures within scope of practice.

Join Our Outpatient Urology Team

Signature Healthcare is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA) to join our outpatient Urology practice in Brockton, Massachusetts. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and compassionate provider who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

The Physician Assistant will work closely with our urologists to provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with acute and chronic urologic conditions in an outpatient setting.
• Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging studies, and other diagnostic evaluations.
• Perform office-based urologic procedures within the scope of practice.
• Provide follow-up care, patient education, and counseling regarding treatment options and preventive care.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient care.
• Assist the physicians with following up on test results, imaging results, patient questions, and other clinical communications as needed.
• Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record.

Optional Hospital Call Opportunity

• While hospital call is not a requirement of this position, PAs who are interested in additional clinical opportunities may have the option to pick up hospital call shifts for additional compensation.
• This optional opportunity may include weekend or other hospital call shifts, providing flexibility for providers who would like the opportunity to earn additional income while expanding their clinical experience.
