• Forms and implements comprehensive treatment plans and evaluates patient responses.
• Counsels patients and families about medical processes, medications, nutrition, and health promotion.
• Maintains detailed patient records and initiates referrals when needed.
• Provides consultation in the Provider's specialty and manages care in various settings.
