GoHealth Urgent Care in the Springfield/Joplin, MO area is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full-time roles.

We offer a highly competitive sign-on bonus up to $15K and comprehensive benefits including day-one coverage, PTO, health, dental, vision, CME, and a relocation option. Experience in urgent care or emergency medicine plus pediatric and adult care is required.

Qualifications

• 18 months of full-time NP or PA experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• Experience treating pediatric and adult patients.
• Comfort with minor procedures (suturing, casts, splints) and imaging reads.
• PA: Master’s degree and NCCPA certification.
• NP: Master’s degree and AANC or AANP certification.

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
