GoHealth Urgent Care, part of Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care, is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for opportunities in the Joplin and Springfield, MO area. Qualifications

• NP/PA with 18+ months of full-time Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine experience
• Experience treating pediatric and adult patients required
• Comfort with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints) and imaging reads (EKG, X-ray) required

Competitive Salary & hourly rates plus:

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly andbased on patient visit metrics met per shift – to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
