Job summary

GoHealth Urgent Care in the St. Louis area seeks experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our modern, provider-friendly centers in Missouri.

You will deliver high-quality patient care across urgent care and emergency medicine settings, with imaging, labs and integrated EMR. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $15K, daily volume and quarterly performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits from day one, PSLF eligibility, relocation support, and a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine.
• Experience treating pediatric and adult patients.
• Comfort with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints).
• PA: Master’s degree and NCCPA certification required.
• NP: Master’s degree and national certification (AANC/AANP) required.

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift - to reward you on those busier days!

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master’s degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master’s degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
