Job summary

TTUHSC Midland is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Physician Assistant program to support the academic and operational activities of the program. The role involves coordinating calendars, supporting faculty with reports, and handling travel reimbursements and purchasing tasks.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma with substantial related experience, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with six years related experience.
• Education can substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the office by answering phones, greeting visitors and students.
• Assist the Program Director, Regional Dean, and faculty with reports, meeting minutes, files, and special projects.
• Coordinate student-facing class calendar and schedule reservations in TTUHSC system.
• Maintain documentation for the department purchasing card and prepare weekly reports.
• Complete all travel reimbursements for program faculty, adjuncts, students, and staff.
• Assist the Program Business Manager with purchasing contracts and budget reconciliations.
• Data entry and filing.
