Qualifications

• Desire to work in Physiatry/PM&R rehabilitation medicine.
• Licensed to practice in Illinois at start date.
• NCCPA certification required.
• DEA license required at start date.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with therapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement rehabilitation plans.
• Conduct patient assessments, including histories and examinations, to determine goals and interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes and independence.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and ongoing clinical education.
