Job summary

HarmonyCares is seeking a Physician Assistant to provide in-home primary care to high-acuity patients in Florida. You will join a team delivering patient-centered care in home settings, focusing on quality and meaningful patient interactions rather than volume.

Candidates must be PA-licensed in Florida, have a DEA license eligibility, CPR/BLS, and a valid driver's license; geriatric experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a PA in the state where the office is located.
• Federal DEA license/eligibility.
• Geriatric training/experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care.
• Practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume.
• Take time to truly address the patient’s needs.

Responsibilities

The Physician Assistant we seek are those who have directly related experience in home health, geriatrics, hospice and primary care. The Physician Assistant who wants to practice medicine with a focus on patient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the patient’s needs.
