Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program by start date.
• PA license in California required at hire.
• Physician Assistant National Certification required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide team-based patient care under supervising physician.
• Examine patients, perform physicals, and interpret results.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; perform procedures and first assist as applicable.
• Develop patient management plans and document progress.
• Educate patients on treatment, growth, development, and health maintenance.
• May require evening or weekend hours.
