Qualifications

• 1 year of experience required unless department specifies NP/PA.
• Graduate PA program or RN/NP pathway completed.
• California RN/NP/PA licenses and national certifications (DEA/NP Furnishing Number as applicable).
• Willing to consider NP/PA with California Furnishing Number and DEA within 12 months of hire.
• ACLS and National Provider Identifier are required.

Responsibilities

• Collect subjective data (history) and objective data (physical exam).
• Develop and document assessment and health care plan.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests; manage care for acute and chronic conditions.
• Coordinate referrals to facilities and resources; ensure follow-up care.

Graduate of an approved Physician Assistant Program
