Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is seeking an Incoming OB/GYN Physician Assistant to join our outpatient OB/GYN clinics across Cambridge, Revere and Somerville. You will work independently in collaboration with MDs, delivering urgent OB and GYN visits, routine GYN care, LARC insertions/removals, and obstetric follow-ups.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years OB/GYN experience, a strong commitment to serving diverse, underserved communities, and excellent clinical skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years OB/GYN experience or strong interest in Women’s Health.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently with a team of MDs in outpatient OB/GYN clinics.
• Experience with obstetric and gynecologic care including urgent OB visits and routine GYN care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in the OB/GYN clinic including urgent OB/GYN visits, routine GYN, LARC insertion and removal, post-op visits, obstetric visits.
• Work independently in collaboration with a team of MDs in outpatient OB/GYN clinics across Cambridge, Revere and Somerville.
• No call required; full-time days with no nights/weekends/holidays.

Cambridge Health Alliance (CHA) is an award-winning public healthcare system recognized for clinical and academic innovations. • Incoming OB/GYN PA will work independently in collaboration with a team of MDs in an outpatient setting in our OB/GYN clinics - locations include Cambridge, Revere and Somerville
• PA will deliver care in the OB/GYN clinic including urgent OB and GYN visits, routine GYN, LARC insertion and removal, post op visits, routine and Obstetric visits
• Full time days, No nights/weekends/holidays
• No call required
• Teaching opportunities are available as well as involvement with ongoing quality improvement initiatives
• Fully integrated EMR (Epic)
• Physician Assistants with experience in Obstetrics/Gynecology are encouraged to apply

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of OB/GYN experience and/or strong interest in Women’s Health. Candidates must have a strong desire to serve our underserved, multicultural patient population, as well as be mission driven and possess excellent clinical skills. CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The guaranteed base salary range of $120,128 - $181,168 prorated for part-time positions.
