Job summary

Cambridge Health Alliance is seeking an Ob/Gyn Chief Physician Assistant to join our team in the Cambridge/Somerville/Boston metro North region. The Chief PA will provide clinical leadership, teaching, and administrative oversight across inpatient and outpatient settings.

The role includes delivering care in Labor & Delivery, Maternity, and GYN services, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (36 clinical, 4 administrative), day/night rotations, and no on-call requirement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Physician Assistant experience post graduation in OB/GYN.
• Ideal candidates will have 5 years OB/GYN experience.
• Experience in GYN Surgery First Assist and C/Sections, OB Triage, Labor Management, and Postpartum Rounding is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as department liaison with medical leadership and hospital administration.
• Coordinate and manage PA clinical schedules for Labor & Delivery and Outpatient sites.

CHA’s department of Obstetrics and Gynecology is seeking an Ob/Gyn Chief Physician Assistant to join our team. We provide a full spectrum of gynecological, obstetric, maternity and reproductive health care services to our growing patient population in Cambridge, Somerville and Boston’s metro North region.The Chief PA provides clinical leadership, teaching, and administrative oversight across our inpatient and outpatient settings.

Highlights

• Serve as the PA departmental liaison, collaborating with medical leadership and hospital administration
• Coordinate and manage PA clinical schedules to ensure adequate coverage across Labor & Delivery & Outpatient sites
• Chief PA will deliver care in Labor & Delivery unit, Maternity, L&D Triage, Inpatient Rounding for GYN, ER consults, first assist in OR cases, and outpatient OB/GYN visits.
• Full-Time 40 hours per week: 36 hours clinical, 4 hours administrative
• Schedule: Day/Night Rotating including weekends
• No On-Call

CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 403b retirement accounts with matching, generous Paid Time Off (PTO), and a CME allotment (both time and dollars). The guaranteed base salary range of $157,373 - 195,416 determined by qualifications and experience.
