JumpstartMD, Inc. is seeking a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their weight management and preventative health program.

The role is remote from Texas or Florida, with regular, full-time, non-exempt status and a focus on patient-centered care. You’ll conduct 1:1 consultations, integrate hormone and metabolic therapies, and collaborate across disciplines while maintaining meticulous records and meeting productivity metrics.

Competenze

• Licensed NP or PA with Texas and California licensure.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• DEA registration required.
• OIG clearance and valid NPI number.
• Background check clearance required.

• Conduct 1:1 weight management and metabolic health consultations.

Do you find yourself drawn to multidisciplinary, integrated interventions that address root causes and touch on lifestyle medicine, women’s health, pharmacology, hormonal, peptide, and vitamin therapies, motivational counseling, and more? DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight management and metabolic health, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for hormone replacement therapy, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Learn and effectively integrate additional care protocols including advanced lipid testing, risk stratification, and management, hormonal and peptide therapies, skin and hair, sexual health, micronutrient optimization, and more.
• Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
• Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
• Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant including Texas and California. (Additional states are a major plus)
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number
• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
