Job summary

JumpstartMD, Inc. is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for remote telehealth work focused on weight management, disease prevention, and healthy aging.

You will conduct 1:1 consultations and support multidisciplinary care protocols within a growing national program. The role reports to the Director of Clinical Operations and requires strong collaboration, confidentiality, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant including Texas and California.
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number
• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight management and metabolic health.
• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for hormone replacement therapy.
• Learn and integrate additional care protocols including lipid testing, risk stratification, hormonal and peptide therapies.
• Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
• Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
• Support team with medical and program-related questions, attend meetings, and complete training.

Telehealth Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for weight management and metabolic health, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Conduct 1:1 member consultations for hormone replacement therapy, applying the JumpstartMD program.
• Learn and effectively integrate additional care protocols including advanced lipid testing, risk stratification, and management, hormonal and peptide therapies, skin and hair, sexual health, micronutrient optimization, and more.
• Provide routine patient care, including examinations, screenings, and medication administration.
• Ensure up-to-date patient records, ordering and evaluating lab tests as needed.
• Conduct follow-up calls and promptly respond to post-visit inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics in delivering quality patient care.
• Support team by assisting with medical and program-related questions, attending meetings, and completing required training.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant including Texas and California. (Additional states are a major plus)
• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• DEA Registration Certificate.
• OIG Clearance and NPI number
• Must be able to meet and receive a background check to include criminal records clearance.
