Job summary

ADVENT is hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our Hendersonville clinic, with potential to assist in Franklin and South Nashville clinics as needed. You’ll guide patients through their treatment journey with office-based care that emphasizes simplicity and effectiveness.

Ideal candidates hold board-certified PA/NP credentials in family or adult care, have 2–3 years of experience, and TN licensure.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Program with board certification in family or adult care
• Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
• Current TN licensure
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with your colleagues
• A strong commitment to customer service and outstanding communication abilities
• An interest in ENT services and procedures
• A valid driver's license is required
• Work in our Hendersonville Clinic, ability to help in nearby clinics, as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered medical care under the supervision of our experienced physicians
• Assess both immediate and long-term patient care needs
• Actively listen to patients’ concerns and deliver root-cause solutions
• Conduct patient evaluations through interviews, physical exams, and detailed medical histories
• Educate and empower patients to take charge of their health
• Assist with in-office procedures, as needed
