Medrina, LLC, a physician-owned group, is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting in Green Bay, Wisconsin. The role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Wisconsin PA license, a current DEA license, and at least one year of PA clinical experience with geriatrics or rehab.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin PA license.
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start).
• Minimum 1 year of PA clinical experience (SNF/geriatrics/IM/rehab preferred).
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patients.

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in Green Bay, WI seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning


• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions


• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant (PA) license in Wisconsin


• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)-Required


• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an PA (SNF, geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehab experience strongly preferred)


• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.


• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.


• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.


• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
