Job summary

Medrina, LLC is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our physician-owned group in the Duluth, MN SNF setting. The NP will focus on post-acute care including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working with a collaborative lead provider.

Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessments, diagnoses, care plans, and timely EMR documentation. A Minnesota and Wisconsin NP license and DEA license are required, with at least 1 year of NP experience

Qualifications

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Minnesota and Wisconsin
• Active DEA license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience as an NP (SNF, geriatrics, internal medicine, or rehab experience strongly preferred)
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patient populations
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting

We are a growing, physician-owned medical group expanding in the Duluth, MN area, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. This role focuses on post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, working alongside a collaborative lead provider.

Key Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements.
