Job summary

Medrina, LLC is expanding its physician-owned SNF team in Westerly, RI. We seek an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive medical care, manage post-acute rehabilitation, and support orthopedic and stroke recovery with a collaborative lead provider.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, no nights, no weekends, with a round-and-go model for strong work-life balance. The role offers mentorship, ongoing training, and access to a national provider network.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island NP license.
• Active DEA license or ability to obtain before start.
• Minimum 1 year of NP clinical experience in SNF/geriatrics/IM/rehab preferred.
• Experience managing adult/geriatric populations.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients, including assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab needs, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions.

Physical Requirements
