Medrina is a physician-owned group expanding in Superior, WI, seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our SNF team providing post-acute and rehabilitative care, including orthopedic recovery, stroke management, and pain management, in collaboration with a lead provider.

This full-time role offers a no nights, no weekends schedule with a round-and-go model, competitive compensation, flexible scheduling, and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Wisconsin NP license required.
• DEA license required or able to obtain before start.
• Minimum 1 year of NP clinical experience (SNF/geriatrics preferred).
• Experience managing adult/geriatric patients.
• Strong clinical decision-making and time management.
• Comfortable working independently in an SNF setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care to SNF patients with assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
• Manage patients with orthopedic rehab, post-stroke care, and chronic pain conditions.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation in EMR.

Required Qualifications

• ActiveNurse Practitioner (NP) license in Wisconsin

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer.
• Must be able tolift upto 50 pounds.
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards.
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirements.
• Mustcomply withfacility vaccination requirements.
