This is a unique opportunity to practice high‑acuity neonatal care in a state‑of‑the‑art facility while enjoying an exceptional Gulf Coast lifestyle.

About the Practice & NICU

• 70‑bed, Level III NICU with advanced technology and a collaborative care model
• Two‑facility health system with 7,000 annual deliveries
• Cape Coral Hospital provides Level I, low‑risk delivery services
• Primary responsibilities include attending coverage in the Level III NICU
• Occasional Level I coverage including well‑baby care with home back‑up coverage
• Full range of subspecialty services available (excluding cardiovascular surgery and ECMO)
• High‑risk delivery service coverage
• 12‑hour shifts with an option for 24‑hour shifts based on prior experience
• Supportive team of 10 Neonatologists and 10 NNPs
• Strong emphasis on developmentally sensitive, family‑centered care
