Qualifikationen

• Master's degree required or higher in Physician Assistant field.
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Texas upon hire.
• NCCPA certification upon hire; current AHA Life Support certifications as per UT Southwestern policy.

Aufgaben

• Conducts and documents comprehensive initial and ongoing physical examinations based on age and diagnosis.
• Synthesizes data to develop, implement, and evaluate the patient plan of care.
• Orders and interprets laboratory, radiology, and other diagnostic studies.
• Provides management, referrals, counseling, and education to patients and families.
• Participates in quality initiatives and clinical research protocols.
• Collaborates in research projects and applies evidence‑based practices to patient care.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
