Job summary

AVA Search Group, LLC is seeking a Senior Physician Assistant for Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care in Roseville, CA. The role offers significant autonomy within a fast-paced care environment spanning Urgent Care and Emergency Department settings.

You will work under physician supervision, evaluate and manage urgent care and ED patients, and participate in department-specific procedures while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• California PA license required at hire.
• DEA, PA-C certification, NPI and BLS required.
• 3+ years of PA experience within the last 5 years.
• Extensive Emergency Department and/or Urgent Care experience.
• Competency performing department-specific procedures as required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage Urgent Care and Emergency patients.
• Deliver efficient, patient-focused care under physician supervision.
• Perform department-specific procedures based on demonstrated competency.
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.
• Serve as a clinical and operational resource.
