Opportunity Details:

  • Perform physical examination and obtain medical history, order labs, ECGs, chest X-rays, etc., on consult service and pre-procedure under Attending supervision.
  • Evaluate and interpret patient medications, laboratory, and test results.
  • Coordinate and facilitate referrals and follow-up for cardiac procedures (Cardiac Cath, EP Studies, Device procedures, Cardiothoracic Surgery).
  • Perform cardiac procedures including Stress Tests, Stress Echocardiography, Tilt Table Testing, and Nuclear Stress Testing under Attending supervision.
  • Assist in Cardiac Catheterization Lab procedures.
  • Perform inpatient cardiovascular consults and monitor and follow-up patients in the CCU.
  • Perform non-invasive cardiac stress testing under Attending supervision.
  • Schedule: Daytime, with flexibility.
Qualifications
  • Board Eligible or Board Certified by the NCCPA.
  • Licensed to practice in New York State.
  • Experience with ECG and blood pressure monitoring equipment - 1 year experience preferred.
  • ACLS & BLS Certification.

Wages and Benefits include:

Annual Base Salary:$131,127* - $174,836*based on 40-hour work week and years of state licensure.

The annual total value of compensation package is estimated at $144,239** - $192,319**,which includes the baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors as set forth below:

  • 401(k) Company Contribution (subject to IRS contribution limits):
    • Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
    • After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
  • Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
  • Generous Annual Paid Time Off (PTO): Vacation, Sick, Holiday, and CME days.
  • Medical, Prescription, and Dental Coverage: Top tier plans with employee contributions significantly below market rates.
