Soap Creek Resources seeks a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice in an outpatient setting. You will provide comprehensive patient care, collaborate with a team, and contribute to preventive care and education.

A CA license (active or eligible) and NCCPA certification are required, with Primary Care or Family Medicine experience preferred. The position offers a competitive annual salary of $145,000–$190,000, full-time hours, and a comprehensive benefits package including CME

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program and NCCPA certified.
• CA license active or eligible to practice in California.
• Experience in Primary Care/Family Medicine or Urgent Care preferred.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys providing comprehensive patient care in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment.

Compensation

$145,000–$190,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing

• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

• Provide preventive care and patient education

• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team

Qualifications

• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred
