Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice in California. This is an excellent opportunity to provide comprehensive patient care in a supportive, team-based outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current CA license or eligibility.
• NCCPA certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits.
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing.
• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications.
• Provide preventive care and patient education.
• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team.

Compensation

$145,000–$190,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.
