Job summary

The Recruiting Hive is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice in California. This full-time outpatient role offers a stable, team-oriented environment with a predictable schedule and competitive compensation.

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive primary care for all ages, evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions, performing exams, ordering tests, and developing treatment plans while educating patients.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible state CA license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care experience preferred.

Compensation

$145,000–$190,000 annually, based on experience
