Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice in California.

This full-time outpatient role offers a competitive compensation package and a supportive team environment. The Physician Assistant will provide comprehensive patient care, evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions, perform exams, order tests, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Current or eligible CA license.
• NCCPA certification.
• Experience in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Urgent Care preferred.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys providing comprehensive patient care in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment.

Compensation

$145,000–$190,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing

• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

• Provide preventive care and patient education
