Vogrinc Search Group is seeking a Physician Assistant for a Primary Care practice in California. This full-time outpatient role focuses on compassionate, team-based patient care.

You will provide preventive and acute care for all ages, perform exams, order tests, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians. CA license and NCCPA certification are required.

We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join a Primary Care practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys providing comprehensive patient care in a supportive, team-oriented outpatient environment.

Compensation

$145,000–$190,000 annually, based on experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care to all ages.

• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic conditions

• Perform physical exams and routine follow-up visits

• Order and interpret diagnostic testing

• Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications

• Provide preventive care and patient education

• Collaborate with physicians and other members of the clinical team
