Job summary

Compassion Health Toledo is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary medical care in collaboration with staff physicians and the care team. This role emphasizes patient-centered, high-quality healthcare and works with multidisciplinary team members to promote continuity of care, clinical excellence, and positive health outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a Graduate of an accredited NP program, with Ohio RN license and NP certification eligibility; Master’s degree preferred and prescriptive

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program; Master’s degree preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification or registry eligibility required.
• Eligible for Certificate of Fitness (prescriptive privileges) in Ohio.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and make clinical assessments.
• Experience providing care for adult, pediatric, or family patient populations.
