Job summary

Compassion Health Toledo is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide professional, comprehensive primary medical care in collaboration with staff physicians and the care team. The role emphasizes patient-centered, high-quality healthcare and works with multidisciplinary teams to promote continuity of care and clinical excellence.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited NP program with Ohio RN license and NP certification or eligibility; prescriptive privileges in Ohio; ability to work

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP program; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license and NP certification or registry eligibility.
• Eligible for Certificate of Fitness (prescriptive privileges) in Ohio.
• Ability to work independently and perform clinical assessments.
• Experience caring for adult, pediatric, or family populations.

Required

• Current Ohio RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification or registry eligibilityrequired.
