Job summary

Aspire Talent Solutions is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join the Greater Sacramento area community health centers. The role centers on comprehensive primary care within a multidisciplinary team, serving diverse underserved populations, with a Monday–Friday schedule 8–5 or a 4-day 10-hour shift option.

You will perform patient evaluations, order tests, diagnose and manage conditions, prescribe within scope, document thoroughly, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Active California Physician Assistant license.
• NCCPA board certification.
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, community health.
• Bilingual English plus Russian/Spanish/other language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations (history and physical).
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics.
• Prescribe medications within scope of practice.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans with Medical Director.
• Monitor progress and modify care as needed.
• Initiate emergency procedures when indicated.
• Provide preventive care and health education.
• Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with team.

Physician Assistant

Compensation: $131,000 – $170,000 annually (based on experience)

Job Type: Full-time, Mondays to Fridays 8-5 PM or 4 day (10 hour shift available).

Location: Greater Sacramento area, CA (Multiple locations available)

We are seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive primary care services within a community health center setting. This role offers the opportunity to serve diverse and underserved populations while working collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical examinations


• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions


• Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostics


• Prescribe medications and therapeutic interventions within scope of practice


• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the Medical Director


• Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as appropriate


• Initiate emergency procedures when clinically indicated


• Provide preventive care, health education, and counseling services


• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with agency and regulatory standards


• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred, particularly in community health or underserved populations


• Strong commitment to serving low-income, homeless, or medically underserved communities
